Beating facebook

I have now gotten to the point where I only check facebook once every day or so to see if there are any messages or anything else that concerns me and then I close the window.

I am so proud of myself its not even funny.

    Hahahaha, don’t rub it in!
I do go through phases, though. Sometimes I swear completely off of it. But I just noticed that my participation has slowly dwindled down to this without my notice. Yay!

I take it you were a Facebook addict. lolz.
    Well, you go girl!!
I can’t figure out what all the fuss is about though… it seems like if you check it every couple days you can know all about whats going on b/c nothing ever happens that fast…
Sharing photos [mine and others of friends I can’t see everyday] is the only reason I love Facebook anymore. hahaha.

Ya, it does seem ridiculously over-hyped. I would so rather spend a day talking over coffee with a friend than a hundred days reading their status’. Blah!

Yesterday I got on facebook, commented on one of my friends’ status’, and ended up in a very awful argument with some person I didn’t even know.

I guess I have to learn my lesson yet again. Stay off of facebook. Nothing but trouble there.
